Yvette joined Cour Consultants Inc in 2022 after being a stay-at-home mom for over 15 years to three beautiful children. Prior to raising her family, she was a successful sales representative in the health insurance industry and is a health & cheerleading coach for high school girls.

Her amazing communication skills, competitive nature, positive attitude, drive to build careers, and passion for success make her an asset to the recruiting team.

She was born and raised in Oklahoma City and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Sports Sciences. She currently resides in Southlake, TX.

Her rich career includes serving as the Director of Physician Recruitment at Lake Charles Memorial Health System and as an Account Executive in the Home Health industry. With a background as a radiation therapist, Jill brings a unique perspective to her role. Her positive attitude, competitive drive, and deep knowledge of the MedTech industry, enhanced by her clinical experience, significantly strengthen our recruiting team. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology from McNeese State University and completed the Radiation Technology Program at The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
